Considering Working Together:

What types of advisory services do you offer?

Epiphany offers three distinct pathways of support:

Private Advisory – Confidential psychological advisory for individuals and couples navigating personal growth, life transitions, relationships, leadership challenges or emotional wellbeing.

Leadership Advisory – Bespoke support for leaders seeking greater psychological insight, emotional resilience, reflective leadership and sustainable high performance.

Organisational Advisory – Psychological consultancy supporting healthier cultures, stronger leadership, reflective practice, team development and organisational change.

Each engagement is tailored to the unique needs of the individual, team or organisation.

How is your approach different?

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, identity and organisational dynamics.

Rather than offering generic coaching, traditional therapy or standard consultancy, I integrate evidence-informed psychological approaches with deep reflection and practical application.

The aim is not simply to solve immediate challenges, but to help people and systems understand the patterns shaping behaviour, relationships, decision-making and performance—creating meaningful, sustainable change.

How do we know which advisory pathway is right for us?

Every enquiry begins with a confidential consultation.

Together, we explore your goals, current challenges and what you hope to achieve. From there, I recommend the most appropriate pathway, whether that is Private Advisory, Leadership Advisory or Organisational Advisory.

Sometimes a client begins with one pathway and naturally transitions into another as their needs evolve.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Absolutely.

Confidentiality is central to every engagement, whether I am working with an individual, a couple, a leadership team or an organisation.

For organisational clients, confidentiality agreements and clear contracting form part of every engagement. For individuals and couples, all work is conducted in accordance with professional ethical standards, with the exception of the rare legal and safeguarding circumstances explained at the outset of our work together.

Creating psychological safety is fundamental to meaningful transformation.

How long do people typically work with you?

There is no fixed model.

Some clients seek support around a specific transition or challenge through a focused advisory engagement or intensive.

Others choose to work together over several months—or longer—as they deepen self-leadership, navigate significant life or leadership transitions, or embed lasting organisational change.

The pace and structure are always designed around the goals of the individual, team or organisation.

Do you work internationally?

Yes.

I work with clients across the UK and internationally through secure online sessions, making my advisory services accessible regardless of location.

For organisations, leadership teams and bespoke projects, in-person delivery can also be arranged by agreement.

Who benefits most from working with you?

The people and organisations who gain the greatest value are those who are genuinely ready for change.

They are curious, reflective and committed to understanding themselves, their relationships or their organisational culture at a deeper level.

Whether working with an individual, a leadership team or an organisation, my role is to create the conditions where insight becomes action and transformation becomes sustainable.

What happens next?

If you feel that my approach resonates with you, the first step is to arrange a confidential consultation.

This is an opportunity for us to explore your goals, discuss your current situation and determine whether working together is the right fit.

Because I intentionally maintain a boutique practice, I work with a limited number of advisory clients and organisational partnerships at any one time.
